Message	Regardless if one claims "Engineering Status", one would be liable for defects in workmanship anyways. Consumers are protected by the UCC laws of product liability which would be known as breach of warranty for fitness. Mike Smith, Greg Dupree would have the same liability as AAE for the same defect.
